The Female Sci-Tech Talent Capacity Building Center was initiated at the end of 2021 by the Beijing International Exchange Association of China and joined by committee members of the International Council as Rosana Jamal Fernandes, Enterprise Director of Brazilian Anprotec, Nicole Troster, Entrepreneurship Manager of Canadian ELLA Accelerator, Slavica Singer, Professor Emeritus of Entrepreneurship at the J.J. Strossmayer University in Osijek, Croatia; Sara Medina, Board Member of Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (Enrich); Yavi Madurai, Executive Director of Pan African Business Women’s Association. With the support of the existing International Council for Women in Sci-Tech and the core of three capacities building courses published in 2022, the Center will build its own brand of the annually Female Sci-tech Talent Capacity Building Seminar and holds various featured events, including salons, workshops, showcase, lectures, reports each year to establish the Female Sci-tech Talents Collaboration Network with a high-level female technology talents of no less than 1000 from all over the world within the next couple of years.
