On November 24, 2023, the Second Annual Meeting of Female Sci-Tech Talent Capacity Building Center, jointly organized by the BIEA and the Sociedade Portuguesa de Inovação (SPI), was successfully held online. The event invited dozens of experts, scholars, and representatives from domestic and international institutions in the fields of women's empowerment and innovation and entrepreneurship, including BusinessRail from Portugal, Hong Kong Union Communications, the School of Chemistry at UFRJ, and ShiftRight Consulting from Canada. The participants engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanges on the empowerment of women in STEM, innovation and entrepreneurship.
